   Michael, I have been thinking about you, your travels and good work in Asia. Hoping are enriched by those you meet and have the forturne to work with. Many updates have occurred in our Pacific Grove CA community. SIFU Jerry Johnson married, bought a beautiful house and moved into Monterey. He is not teaching a 7 year doctoral studies program in a 3-year intensive curriculum.

   I had the fortune to move into his 434 17 mile drive home and kwoon, where I teach and train.

   I am also looking forward to reading some of your articles.

   Thank you, Deneen, my best to everyone a S Angela’s and PG. I go back to China soon, to bring more materials missing from the Daoist Canon back to the monastic centers of origin. The actual esoteric oral tradition from these Centers in China must never be taught, in English or any other language than Chinese, or revealed in college or graduate courses. Each Master transmits his or her knowledge exclusively in Chinese language, to only one or two disciples, (after ten or more years of the disciples’ practice in the hills of China), just before the master’s own death, making the preservation of the materials so very important. all the best.
